Beaf Potato Curry

INGREDIENTS

Beaf - 1 kg

Potato - 2

Onion - 3

Green chilli - 2

Ginger pearl oinion garlic paste - 2 tbsp

For cooking beaf Masala

Meat Masala - 1 1/2 tsp

Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

For Gravy

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Meat Masala - 1 1/2 tsp

PREPARATION

For cooking Beaf take a cooker, add these and cooks

Beaf

Potato

Green chilli

Little onion

1/2 tbsp - ginger garlic pearl onion paste

cooking masalas

Add needed water and cooks it

For Gravy

Pour oil into the pan

Add onion, saute well

Add ginger garlic pearl onion paste, saute well

After it gets dry, Add gravy masalas

When masalas get dry, add cooked beaf into it

Close the lid and cook it for 5 minutes

Our beaf potato curry is ready to serve
