Ingredients

KIng Fish - 6 Big pieces

For Marinating Fish

Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Salt - As needed

For Frying

Sliced Onion - 1

Cashewnut - As needed

Raisins - As needed

Rice Should be soak for 30 minutes

For cooking rice

Ingredients

Basmati Rice - 2 1/2 cup

Lemon Juice - Half lemon

Sun flower oil - 1 tbsp

Spices

Cardomom - 3

Cloves - 6- 7

Cassia Bark - 2

Star Anise - 1

Salt - As needed

For Gravy Ingredients

Onion chopped - 2

Tomato - 1

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

yogurt - 2 tbsp

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp

Cardomom - 2 Cloves - 5 Cassia Bark - 2 Star Anise - 1 Salt - As needed

Preparation

Marinating the Fish, keep aside  

Pour Water into the pan

 For One cup Rice - 1 1/2 cup water


Add spices, lemon juice and sunflower oil

Add soaked rice, close the lid until it cooks

For Fries

Pour Oil into another pan

Fry Raisins, cashewnut and onion

When onion gets brown color, keep it in tissue paper

Fry Fish in the same oil

For Gravy

Add spices into the oi

Add onion neede salt, saute well

Add maslas into the pan, saute well

Add ginger garlic paste

Add chopped tomato, saute well close the lid and cooks it

After tomato cooks, Add yogurt, mix well

Add fried fish into the gravy, cooks it for 5 min

Flame off, keep the gravy into another bowl,

add little gravy into the pan and layer the rice over it

Add some raisins, cashewnut, fried onion and

 coriander leaves over the rice, eep doing like this until the rice finish.

Add small piece of lemon over the last layer, its just for a flavor

Close the lid and cook it for 5 min in a low flame

After 5 min, turn off the flame and keep it for 10 min, then open
