BEETROOT PACHADI

INGREDIENTS 

Beetroot - 2 small (Cut this into cubes and cook well)

Yogurt - 3 tbsp

Shallots - 4

Grated Coconut

Ginger - small piece

Green Chilli - 3

Cumin seeds - One pinch

 Curry leaves

Salt - As needed


PREPARATION 


Cook the beetroot with salt

Grind Coconut, cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger together

Paste cooked beetroot

Add pasted beetroot and coconut into the pan

Mix well till the raw smell goes

After raw smell goes, Add yogurt mix well, then off the flame

Pour oil into another pan and add mustard seeds

Add shallots and curry leaves, Saute well

Once its dry add this into pachadi

Our delicious dish is ready to serve
