KOTTAYAM STYLE MULAKKITTA NEYMEEN CURRY
INGREDIENTS
King Fish - 500 gm
Chilli Powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 3
Ginger - Big piece
Garlic - 9
Tamarind – 3
Preparation
Add little water to chillipowder and turmeric powder,
make it as a paste
Pour oil into the pot, add fenugreek into this
Add ginger, green chilli and garlic, saute well
Add needed salt, saute well
Add chilli paste into it, add water once it gets dry
Add Tamarind into it
Add needed water, after water gets boil, add fish and cook well
After 15 minutes Our Fish curry is ready
