OATS UPMA
INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 small
Beans - 50 gm
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Salt- As needed
Preparation
Cook vegetables together (Carrot and beans), add needed salt
First Roast the Oats into crispy
Pour Oil into the pan and add mustard
Add onion, green chilli and curry leaves, add needed salt and saute well
Add cooked vegetables and mix it well
Add roasted oats into this and mix well
Pour needed water and close the lid Cook it for 10 minutes in a very low flame
After 10 minutes Our dish is ready to serve
