PEPPER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Chicken - 1 kg (Marinate with half lemon)

Onion - 2 Big

Ginger garlic paste

Garam Masala - 2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Aniseeds - 1/2 tsp


To roast

Aniseeds - 2 tsp

Pepper - 2 1/2 tsp

Cloves – 9


PREPARATION

Roast aniseeds, cloves and pepper together and grind it

Pour oil into the pan

Add 1/2 tsp anise

Add chopped onion, add needed salt and sauté well

Once onion color changes, add turmeric powder

Add ginger garlic paste, saute till raw smell goes

Add pepper powder and garam masala, saute well

When it dry, Add chicken and mix it with gravy, close the lid and cook it for 5 min

After 5 minute add needed water and cooks it well

After chicken cooks well add roasted masala into it

Mix it well, close the lid and cook it for 10 min

Our Pepper chicken is ready to serve
